All orders are made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. For orders that require alternate print methods, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping will take an additional 2-4 business days depending on the distance traveled.

Please note that while we wish we could simply hand deliver your package, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier after we ship it from our studio. Simply Paper is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, damaged or undeliverable packages once the package has left our studio. Of course, we will always do our best to help you if there are any problems with receiving your package!

Package Insurance:

  We offer an insurance upgrade for all orders. The cost of package insurance varies based on the total value of your order. We will be happy to give you a quote for package insurance, and add it on to your invoice. Insurance on your package will cover the full value of you order in case (worst case scenario) your package would become lost or arrive damaged. If you opt to add package insurance to your order, if for any reason there is an issue with shipping, we will gladly reprint your order.


Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for any orders. However, if there is an issue with your items, please contact us! We want you to be completely satisfied and are happy to work with you if there are any issues with your order.

Cancellations & Refunds:​


If you wish to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we begin designing your stationery, we do not offer refunds.


If you place an order and wish to cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order, and we will provide a full refund. After we begin the design process, we do not offer refunds.


After you place your order and we receive your customization form, we will begin designing your order. We offer full design services, and unlimited customization to create the perfect stationery. You will receive a digital preview of your stationery within 2-3 days of your order. Once you review your preview, you are able to make any necessary changes or additions. Once we receive your revision requests, you will receive an updated digital preview within 2-3 days. Prior to final approval, you can request a free printed sample of your order before it is sent to print, as long as your invoice is paid in full.​

Once all designs are finalized, you will need to approve your final proof. Once all final proofs are approved, additional changes can not be made. Simply Paper is not responsible for any errors after the final proofs are approved.

At Simply Paper, we take pride in the quality our work and we want you to be completely happy with your stationery! If you are unsatisfied in any way, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make it right.

We are committed to your satisfaction, so we offer some specific guidelines and policies for certain cases:

In the event of an error on our end - We will fix it, no questions asked.

In the event that you are unhappy for any reason - We will work with you to find a solution.

Errors that were at the fault of Simply Paper:

In the event that you found an error on your stationery that was not on your final approved proof (we hope there isn't!) please contact us immediately and we will reprint your stationery free of charge. 

Customer Approved Errors:

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for stationery due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. We do our best to review your proofs with you and call attention to any errors that we may find during the proofing process. We ask that you review all designs carefully and check over all wording, details, dates, times, spelling, etc. before you approve your proof. We recommend having multiple people review your designs as well! Once your final proofs are approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the preview.

Should you find an errors on your stationery, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer discounted reprinting and complimentary rush services in this instance. Please note, we will not be able to rush orders that require alternate print methods.


All computer monitors are different, so colors may appear different over various screens as well as in real life. While we do our best to match print colors to the colors seen on our screen, colors on your flat printed stationery and envelopes may appear slightly different. Letterpress inks are mixed by hand, so there is a possibility of slight color variation between printed pieces. Simply Paper is not responsible for any colors that do not match your screen. If you are concerned about colors, we highly recommend ordering a sample set, which includes color charts that represent how the ink options will look on the final product. If for some reason you are unhappy with the colors you have chosen, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you on a discounted reorder.

We retain the copyright and right to reproduce any and all stationery designs or design materials provided to the client including but not limited to, price lists, contracts, digital previews, printed previews, finished printed products. It is a copyright violation to reproduce any stationery design or materials without the consent of Simply Paper.
